How we tested it

- Two sample projects seeded with real launch mistakes: a landing page with a key in its script, a build that ships only one file, dead links and a fixed desktop width; and a task app whose database lets anyone delete everything.
- All three tools found every seeded problem in both projects.
- No report printed any part of a secret, and each said which checks it could not run instead of marking them as passed.
