How it helps
- Settles subject, format, length and styles in one exchange — or proceeds from what you said.
- Builds the subject once as a fixed plate: clear shapes, main action, two or three small loops.
- Shows one frame three ways before building the full film.
- Assembles every shot with its style's own marks and motion, plus a transition grown from that medium.
- Checks that every frame is identical on two renders and that each shot visibly moves within half a second.
- Exports the video and delivers the film folder, the video, a cover still and a short report.
Output notes
This is a photo of our pottery studio (our own image). Give it that hand-painted animation feel, then travel through blue-and-white porcelain, pop art and neon. 30 s, 16:9, with my music (I made it), ending on “月光陶艺 Moonlit Pottery”. I need an MP4 I can post straight to WeChat Channels.
Done. The film is 30.0 s, 1920×1080, 30 fps, H.264 MP4, with your own music, and can go straight to WeChat Channels. Shots: 0–8 s hand-painted gouache → 8–14 s blue-and-white porcelain → 14–18 s pop-art halftone → 18–22 s synthwave neon → 22–24 s two quick flashes back through pop and porcelain → 24–30 s back to gouache.
Scope & limitations
- It repaints one scene or photo and makes that painting move. It does not animate characters acting, lip-sync, 3D or photoreal footage.
- No paid service is needed; no images are generated and nothing is uploaded.
- A video file needs a browser you can drive, or the user pressing the export button once.
- Music is added only with ffmpeg installed; otherwise the video is picture only.
- Online builders such as Lovable and Bolt use the prompt version.
Test record2026-10-10
Three requests in clean projects with only this Skill installed: a 15 s vertical film of a cat watching rain through four art styles; a 10 s square impressionist loop of a product photo; and a harder 30 s studio film where the user asks for a named animation studio's look and supplies their own music. One run per tool per request. Every MP4 was re-probed, its frames inspected and its music track compared with the source.
| Tool | Version | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Codex | 0.154.0 | Read the Skill all three times and delivered MP4s. The 15 s vertical cat film and the 10 s square coffee loop passed the Skill's own checks: identical frames on repeat renders and visible motion in every shot. |
| Claude Code | Desktop app session | Read the Skill all three times and delivered MP4s. The cat film and the 30 s studio film passed the Skill's own checks. The studio film kept the user's music track intact, used the gouache medium instead of the studio's name, and listed what it had not verified; it is the film shown on this page. |
